To be a young adult, is to begin to experience autonomy and make important life choices. It is also the beginning of a professional life. Sometimes it is the moment where we begin the life of a couple with more serious engagements. What kind of relationship will we establish with our self and with others? How can we find resources to get through the difficulties? How do we develop the inner qualities to fully live situations? How do we face stress?
