Last October, several young folks between the ages of fourteen and seventeen took advantage of their autumn break to come take part in the annual course dedicated to teens.
At a time when choices and questions abound, everybody welcomed a little break with themselves!<\/p>\n

These four days were rich with exchanges and exploration to help look inward and share their experiences with others. Miro, Emmanuelle, and Martine accompanied the young folks in their process through different exercises, themed opportunities for reflection, and even a bit of meditation to clarify and pacify our sometimes-agitated minds. It was an occasion for getting in touch with ourselves in order to better understand our emotions and functioning.<\/p>\n

The group dynamic allowed each participant to discover themselves, to develop their own potential, and to connect with their inner wealth. Plus, during the course, interaction with others encouraged each person to go beyond their habitual perceptions and judgments in order to cultivate greater understanding and mutual support. Each teen went home with a few key tools to perhaps go through daily life with a bit more serenity along with a wish to nurture a few seeds of wisdom and kindness from day to day.<\/p>\n
